Information, tools, and support to help you stay in control of your gambling activity.
⚠️ If gambling is affecting your life or the lives of people around you, please seek help immediately. In Singapore, call the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) helpline: 1800-6-668-668 (24 hours, free, confidential).
96M Singapore is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress, personal hardship, or harm to others.
We take our duty of care seriously. 96M enforces a strict 18+ age policy across all products and services. We provide a range of practical tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, self-exclusion options, and session time reminders. These tools are available directly from your account settings under the Responsible Gambling section.
We also partner with and direct our users toward recognised support organisations — in Singapore and internationally — so that anyone who needs help can access it quickly and confidentially. Gambling problems are more common than many people realise, and there is no shame in asking for support.
Problem gambling can develop gradually and may not always be obvious — even to the person experiencing it. Recognising the warning signs early is the most important step toward getting help.
Common signs that gambling may be becoming a problem include:
If you recognise any of these signs in yourself — or in someone you care about — please do not wait. Reaching out early leads to better outcomes. The NCPG Singapore helpline is free, confidential, and available 24 hours a day: 1800-6-668-668.
96M Singapore provides the following responsible gambling tools through your account settings. These tools are designed to help you stay in control before problems arise — they are not just for people who already have a problem.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your 96M account. Once you set a deposit limit, it takes effect immediately. To protect players, a mandatory cooling-off period applies before any limit can be increased — you cannot simply raise a limit the moment you hit it. Decreasing a limit takes effect straight away.
To set a deposit limit: log in to your 96M account → go to Account Settings → select Responsible Gambling → choose Deposit Limits.
If you need a more significant break from gambling, 96M offers self-exclusion options. You can exclude yourself for a fixed period — 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year — or opt for a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account is frozen, you cannot make deposits or place bets, and all promotional emails and marketing communications are stopped immediately. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
Reality check notifications are configurable pop-up reminders that tell you how long you have been playing in your current session. They appear at intervals you choose — for example, every 30 minutes or every hour. This feature helps you maintain awareness of time spent and make conscious decisions about continuing or stopping.
If you want a temporary break shorter than a full self-exclusion, the cooling-off feature lets you pause your account for a defined period — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or bet, but the account remains in place. This option is suitable when you feel you need a short pause to reassess your habits without committing to a longer exclusion.

Gambling problems do not only affect the person gambling — they have a significant impact on partners, family members, and close friends. If you are worried about someone you care about, you can contact the NCPG Singapore on their behalf. The helpline team is trained to provide guidance for family members and partners on how to approach sensitive conversations and find appropriate support.
Approaching a loved one about a gambling problem requires care and sensitivity. Avoid confrontational language and try to choose a calm, private moment. Expressing concern from a place of care — rather than judgement — is more likely to open a constructive conversation. The NCPG's website at ncpg.org.sg provides specific guidance and resources for family members navigating this situation.
96M Singapore enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all users. Age verification is conducted during the account registration process and may be required at additional points — for example, when making a withdrawal. We use identity verification methods to confirm that all account holders meet the minimum age requirement.
Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you suspect that a minor has access to a 96M account — whether their own or someone else's — please contact 96M's support team immediately via live chat or by email. All reports are taken seriously and acted on promptly. Parents and guardians should also consider using parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.
